Back-End Advantage
Existing accessory purchasing relationships can support a much broader product universe.
Sunset and the GreenPharms accessory-buying ecosystem can support sourcing without becoming the customer-facing Trap Pack identity.
The sourcing universe includes pipes, bubblers, mini bongs, novelty glass, ceramic and fantasy-style pipes, papers, cones, wraps, grinders, trays, dugouts, smell-proof storage, stash containers, portable adapters and travel gear in addition to apparel and collectibles.
GreenPharms remains a back-end advantage and a possible secondary retail channel for appropriate accessory SKUs. The Trap Pack relationship, packaging and membership story remain customer-facing Trap Culture products.
- •Use existing wholesale/vendor access where it improves landed cost
- •Source placeholder products first, then replace them with verified SKUs and case costs
- •Prioritize products with standalone retail appeal
- •Do not position GreenPharms as the public Trap Pack brand
- •Evaluate GreenPharms as a secondary channel for smoking-accessory residual inventory
Pitch role
This module holds the fuller rationale behind the main Trap Pack presentation so sourcing, economics, product structure and launch assumptions can be reviewed without overcrowding the one-sheet narrative.
