Inventory Risk Control
Residual inventory is not automatically dead stock.
Every recoverable SKU should have a secondary retail path and a profitable clearance floor before the purchase order is approved.
Trap Pack merchandise can move from subscription fulfillment into the Trap Shop as an individual archive SKU. Smoking accessories and related utility products can also be evaluated for GreenPharms accessory inventory when that channel is a better fit.
The purchase decision should be made backward from the lowest acceptable secondary-market price. If the planned clearance floor does not protect the required contribution margin after landed cost and channel expenses, the item should not be bought at that cost.
| Inventory state | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Pack Exclusive | Produced close to member demand and intentionally kept out of normal retail. |
| Pack First | Debuts with members; remaining units enter retail after an exclusivity window. |
| Pack Tested | Small controlled buy measures whether the item deserves a larger retail run. |
| Retail Crossover | Selected specifically because excess units can sell through Trap Shop and/or GreenPharms. |
| Archive / Clearance | Past-edition inventory is merchandised individually, bundled or marked down above a predetermined margin floor. |
Pitch role
This module holds the fuller rationale behind the main Trap Pack presentation so sourcing, economics, product structure and launch assumptions can be reviewed without overcrowding the one-sheet narrative.
