Product Architecture
Each month draws from six merchandise roles instead of repeating the same five objects.
The mix can flex by theme and tier while preserving a recognizable value architecture.
Not every edition needs all six roles. The point is to create deliberate variety: one month may be driven by apparel and a portable smoking gadget, while another may center on novelty glass, rolling consumables and a collectible figure.
This structure prevents the program from collapsing into hat + lighter + patch + sticker + card every month.
| Role | Examples |
|---|---|
| Lifestyle hero | Hat, shirt, pajamas, sweater, towel, bag, blanket, jewelry or another high-perceived-value lifestyle item. |
| Smoking hero | Pipe, bubbler, mini bong, novelty glass, ceramic piece, Sherlock or long fantasy/Gandalf-style pipe. |
| Rolling / consumable | RAW papers or cones, wraps, specialty cones, rose-petal cones, tips or other approved rolling components. |
| Utility / storage / travel | Grinder, tray, dugout, smell-proof pouch, stash jar, stash tube, bottle adapter or modular travel gear. |
| Collectible artifact | Pin, pendant, charm, vinyl figure, medallion, event wristband, VIP credential or annual ornament. |
| Member / event benefit | Early access, admission, VIP treatment, referral reward, product-first access, discount or member-only unlock. |
Pitch role
This module holds the fuller rationale behind the main Trap Pack presentation so sourcing, economics, product structure and launch assumptions can be reviewed without overcrowding the one-sheet narrative.
